1Start with a fixed-price diagnosis

Optional, and credited toward your retainer if it starts within 30 days. Pick as many as you need.

2Choose ongoing practices

Set a depth for each practice you want. Your second practice is 15% off and a third is 25% off.

Advisory Senior direction without the overhead. 3-month minimum.
Embedded I work inside your team every week. 3-month minimum.
Fractional I lead the function as part of your leadership team. 6-month minimum.

Before you book

Is this a binding quote?

No. It is an honest estimate built from the same price list I use for proposals. After a call to confirm scope, you get a written proposal with a fixed price.

Why is the Diagnostic credited?

Because the best retainers start from a real diagnosis. If you go on to a retainer within 30 days, the Diagnostic or Intensive fee comes off your first invoices.

Can I pause or cancel?

Retainers run for the commitment you choose, then continue month to month with 30 days' notice. Fractional roles have a 6-month minimum because leading a function takes that long to matter.

What isn't included?

Software, ad spend, travel for on-site work and third-party tools are billed at cost.
